የወያኔ ልሂቆች በጉንደት፤በጉራዕ፤በዶጋሊ፤….ጦርነቶች የሚዋሹት ውሸት ሲመረመር

መጀመርያ በዚህ የዓመቱ ምርጥ ብየ በምጠቅሰው ጥቅስ ልጀምር፦"የመሬት ላራሹ" ጩኸት ውጤቱ "መሬት ለነጋሹ" ሆኗል፤ ለገበሬው የታሰበውን መሬት ወያኔ ወሰደው። የዱሮ ንጉሣዊ ገዢዎቿ ቤተ ሰቦች ስለነበሩ በቊጥራቸው ማነስ ምክንያት እነሱን በማር ግብር ለማጥገብና በሰላም ለመኖር ቀላል ነበረ። የዛሬዎቹ ገዢዎች ብሔረ ሰቦች ስለሆኑ እነሱን ሁሉ በሚሊዮን ዶላር ማጥገብ መራቆትን አስከትሏል።” ፕሮፌሰር ጌታቸው ኃይሌ (‘ዕርቅና ሰላም፤ የሕይወት ቅመም’ የካቲት 2006 ዓ.ም)

ወየኔዎች ወደ ሥልጣን ከመጡ በሗላ የአገሪቱን ሃብት ባገኙት አቅም እና ዘዴ ሁሉ በማራቆት ብቻ የተወሰኑ ሳይሆኑ የትግራይ ሕብረተሰብ በታሪክ ላይ የሚኖሮው ግንዛቤ የተጣመመ እንዲሆን አድረገውታል። በርከት ያሉ እንሰሳዎች በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች ሆን መጀመርያ በዚህ የአመቱ ምርጥ ብየ በምጠቅሰው ጥቅስ ልጀምር፦"የመሬት ላራሹ" ጩኸት ውጤቱ "መሬት ለነጋሹ" ሆኗል፤ ለገበሬውየታሰበውን መሬት ወያኔ ወሰደው። የዱሮ ንጉሣዊ ገዢዎቿ ቤተ ሰቦች ስለነበሩ በቊጥራቸው ማነስ ምክንያት እነሱን በማር ግብር ለማጥገብና በሰላም ለመኖር ቀላል ነበረ። የዛሬዎቹ ገዢዎች ብሔረ ሰቦች ስለሆኑ እነሱን ሁሉ በሚሊዮን ዶላር ማጥገብ መራቆትን አስከትሏል።” ፕሮፌሰር ጌታቸው ኃይሌ (‘ዕርቅና ሰላም፤ የሕይወት ቅመም’ የካቲት 2006 ዓ.ም)

ወየኔዎች ወደ ሥልጣን ከመጡ በሗላ የአገሪቱን ሃብት ባገኙት አቅም እና ዘዴ ሁሉ በማራቆት ብቻ የተወሰኑ ሳይሆኑ የትግራይ ሕብረተሰብ በታሪክ ላይ የሚኖሮው ግንዛቤ የተጣመመ እንዲሆን አድረገውታል። በርከት ያሉ እንሰሳዎች በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች ሆን ብለው አጥቂዎቻቸውን ወይንም መሰሎቻቸውን ያታልላሉ። እንሰሳዎቹ በማታለል ዘዴ የሚኖሩበት ምክንያት የተለያዩ ምክንያቶች አሉዋቸው። ለምግብ፤ ወይንም እራሳቸው ከጥቃት ለመከላከል ሊሆን ይችላል።ይሁን እንጂ በተፈጥሮ እራሳቸውን እና ሌሎችን ሆን ብለው ለማታተለል/ለመዋሸት “የተሰሩ ፍጡሮች” ሰዎች ብቻ እንደሆኑ ያነበብኳቸው አንዳንድ የስነ ልቦና መጻሕፍቶች ይገልጻሉ።

የተለያየ ውሸት የተለያ ምክንያት ቢኖሮውም፡ ዋሾች አድማጭ ፈላጊዎች ናቸው። አታላዮች/ዋሾዎች እንደ እንደተሰጥዎአቸው የማጭበርበር፤ የመዋሸት ወይንም ማራኪ የንግግር ችሎታቸው ይለያያሉ። የተከታዮቻቸው ብዛትም አንደሚጠቀሙበት የማጭበርበር ስልት ይለያያል። ተራ ዋሾዎች ካደጉበት የውሸት ባሕሪ በመነሳት ሕዝብን የመምራት ፍላጎት እያዳበሩ በሄዱ ቁጥር፤ በመንግሥት፤ በፖለቲካ፤ በሃይማኖት ግብተው መሪነቱን ከያዙ፤ አደገኛ የውሸት ባሕሪያቸው በመጠቀም ሕዝቡን በውሸት ጐዳና በመምራት፤ “ዋሾ ማሕበረሰብን” ይገነባሉ።

እራሱን ያታለለ ማሕበረሰብ “የሕሊና ጎዶሎ/ሃንዲካፕ” ነው። ሌላ ቀርቶ በየጽሑፎቻችን ላይ የሚታዩ ግድፈቶች/ የቃላት ስህተቶች ልብ ሳንላቸው አልፈን ከታተሙ በሗላ ነው ስህተቶቹ ግልጽ ሆነው የሚታዩን። የዋህ ሕሊናም በአታላዮች አስተሳሰብ ሲጠለፍ እራሱን መፈተሽ ስለሚያቅተው፤ ከመሪዎቹ የሚነገሩት ሁሉ እውነት ስለሚመስለው፤ እሱም በውሸቱ ዘመቻ እየተካፈለ በሄደ ቁጥር እየዋሸ እንደሆነ አይታወቀውም። በመጠጥ ከሰከረ ይልቅ፤በውሸት የሰከረ ማህበረሰብ አስቸጋሪ ስለሚሆን (ዲናያል/ክሕደት) እውነታውን ለማስጨበጥ ጊዜ ስለሚፈጅ፤ የእውነት አስተማሪዎች ከዚህ ማሕበረሰብ ጋር ከፍተኛ ግብግብ ይገጥማቸዋል።

ይህ አሳዛኝ ባሕሪ ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ በባሰ ደረጃ በወያኔዎች ዘመን ተከስቷል። የ ‘ወያኔ ትግሬ’ የውሸት ባሕሪ በታሪካችን፤በባሕላችን፤ በአርበኞቻችን እና በሉዓላዊነታችን ክብር ላይ ጥቃት አድርሷል። ጉዳቱ በጣም ከፍተኛ ነው።

ለዚህ ጹሑፍ መነሻ የሆነኝ፤ ሶሞኑን ‘ትግራይ ኦን ላይን’ በተባለው “ፍሎሪዳ” መሰረቱ ያደረገ የወያኔዎች ድረገጽ “Woyane Tigray: 39 Years and Still Standing” በሚል ያስነበበውን መነሻ በማድረግ ነው። (ጸሐፊው ሞቡቱ ሴሰ ሴኰም ሆነ ጋዳፊ ከወያኔ ዕድሜ በላይ እንደገዙ አላወቀም።

ተብሎ የተጨፈረለትን የወያኔ ስርዓት አልሰማም መሰለኝ።) ርዕሱን በዚሁ ልምልስ እና ጸሓፊው በበላይ ዘለቀ እና በአሉላ መካካል ያለው ልዩነት ያነጻጸረበትን የውሸት ክስ እንመለከት።ከብርሃነ ካሕሳይ በሚል የተጠቀሰው ርዕሰ የጻፈው ጸሐፊ የዓይጋ ድረገጽ አዘጋጅ ወይንም የትግራይ ኦንላይን አባል አዘጋጅ እንደሆነ ይገመታል።ቢሆንም ባይሆንም ቁም ነገሩን ብቻ እንመልከት።

ይህ ውሸት ተደጋግሞ በወያኔ ትግሬ መሪዎች እና ተኮልኳሊዎቻቸው ተነግሯል። ባለፈው ወር የዶጋሊ በዓል ማክበር ሲገባ፤ ወያኔዎች ሳያከብሩት በዝምታ አልፈውታል። በዚህ የተነሳ ወዳጄ አቶ ብርሃኑ ሰፋ ያለ ቅሬታው ኢ ኢ ዲ ኤን በተባለ ማሕበራዊ መድረክ ለተቃዋሚውም ሆነ ለወያኔዎች ለምን አንዳልተከበረ ቅሬታው ገልጿል። ቅጁም ለእኔ አስተላልፎልኛል። ድሮ ደርግ ምፅዋ ላይ /ዶጋሊ ላይ ስለ አሉላ ያዘጋጀው የሲምፖዚየም ንግግር በመጽሐፍ ተጠርዞ አንዳነብበው ልኮልኝ አንብቤ አንድ ነገር አንዳዘጋጅ ተማጽኖኝ ነበር። ንባቡ ገና ሳልጀምር ወያኔዎች ከላይ የተመለከተው ሚዛን ያልጠበቀ የክስ እሮሮ በራሳቸው ከማድረግ ይልቅ በሌለው ላይ ክስ ሲያወርዱ አንብቤ ነው ይህ ድንገተኛ መልስ ለመጻፍ የተነሳሳሁ።

ወየኔዎች የውሸት ክስ፤ስም ማጥፋት፤ ክሕደት የድርጅታቸው ባሕርያዊ ቋሚ መለያቸው ነው። በጣም በርከት ያሉ መጽሐፍቶች የአጼ ዮሐንስም ሆነ የራስ አሉላ ታርክ እና ሞገስ ‘አማራ ታሪክ ጸሐፊዎች”’ ብለው ወያኔዎች በሚጠሯቸው የኢትዮጵያ ታሪክ ጻሀፊዎች የጻፏቸው እያንኳሰሱ፤ ዛሬ ወያኔዎች ከ22 አመት ንግሥና በሗላ ገንዘቡ፤ሕትመቱ፤ሳነሱሩ፤ውሸቱ ፤ብዕሩ፤መዛግብቱ፤ዩኒቨርሲቲው እና ምርምር ተቋማቱ በእጃቸው ቁጥጥ ባለበት ዘመን ምንም ሳይጽፉ በሃያ ሁለት አመት ውስጥ ስለ ዮሐንስ አንድ መጽሐፍ (በትዕቢት የተቆለለ ፤በውሸት የተበረዘ) የገብረኪዳን መጽሐፍ ብቻ ነው። ወደ ሃውልት ስንገባም፤ ወየኔዎች በአገሪቱ ስም ከውጭ አገር ዕዳ እየተበደሩ ወደ ኪሳቸው ከማግበስበስ እና ልጆቻቸው ወደ ውጭ አገር እየላኩ ከማስተማር እና እራሳቸውም በውድ ገንዘብ እየገዙ ዲግሪ ከማግኘት በስተቀር ለንጉሡም ሆነ ለራስ አሉላ ሃውልት ማሰራት ሲችሉ ወይንም ሕዝቡን አሰባስበው (እርዳታ እንኳ ካስፈለገ) ከማስሰራት ይልቅ እስካሁን ደቂቃ ድረስ ምንም የሰሩላቸው ሃውልት ወይንም መታሰቢያ የለም።

ስለ አሉላ ተሰራ የተባለው ሃውልት “የተቀመጡበት ፈረስ የአህያ ምስል በመያዙ፤ሕዝቡ ተቃውሞውን በማሰማት ሌላ የፈረስ ምስል የያዘ ሃውልት እስኪሰራ ድረስ በአቡጀዲ ሸፍነውት አንደነበረ ይታወቃል።

አንዳንዶቹ የሚሉት ያህያ ምስል አንዲቀመጡ የተደረገው ሆን ተብሎ በሻዕብያ አፍቃሬ ኤርትራዊያን ወያኔዎች ሴራ ምክክር እንዲቀረጽ አንደተደረገ በሃሜታ መልክ ይሰማል።

በሃያ ሁለት አመት ለአጼ ዮሐንሰም ሆነ ለአሉላ ይህ ነው የሚባል አጥጋቢ መታሰቢያ አንዳልሰሩላቸው የምከራከረው በመረጃ ነው። አማራ አንዲህ አደረገ ፤ያለፉት ጸሐፊዎች የንጉሳችን ታሪክ አልጻፉም፤ ሃውልት አልተሰራላቸውም… እያሉ በውሸት እስካሁን ድረስ የወያኔ ትግሬዎች የትግራይን ሕዝብ ሲያታልሉ 22 አመት አልፏቸው ስለ አሉላም ሆነ ስለ ዮሐንስ የሰሩት አንደም መታሰቢያ አይገኝም። ይልቁንስ ወያኔዎች “ለአሉላ ወይንም ለዮሐንስ” ሃውልት ነፍገው ኤርትራ ምድር ድረስ ሄዶ፤ ምፅዋ እና ሳሕል የኢትዮጵያን ሰራዊት የወጋ በክሕደቱ ዘመን ከጠላት (ሻዕቢያ) ጋር ተሰልፎ የወጋን የራሳቸው ታጋይ ለሆነው “ሓየሎም አርአያ “ (ሐዱሽ አርአያ) ሽሬ አውራጃ ውስጥ ሃውልት አቁመውለታል። ታዲያ

በማለት የወያኔ ቱልቱላዎች በታሪክ ጻሀፊዎች እና ባለፉት ገዢዎች ላይ የትግሬ እና የአማራ አርበኞችን እያነጻጸሩ የሚከስሱት ዘረኛ ክስ ከመክሰስ በፊት ሁሉም ነገር በእጃቸው ባለበት ሃያ ሁለት አመት እራሳቸው ያልሰሩትን ሌሎች አንዲሰሩላቸው መጠበቅ እና መክስስ አስገራሚ ክሰ ነው?

ለመታሰቢያ የቆሙ ከጣሊያን ወራሪዎች ጋር ተዋግተው በክብር የተሰውት የነ ደጃዝማች አፈወርቅ ፤የነ አቡነ ጴጥሮስ ፤የነ አሉላ፤ የእነ ምኒሊክ ወዘተ መታሰቢያ ሃውልቶች እያፈራረሰ እና እንዲፈርስ ዘመቻ እያካሄደ ያለው የሃያ ሁለት አመት አሳፋሪ ታሪክ የታቀፈው ማን ሆኖ እና ነው ማቆሚያ የሌለው ሃያ ሁለት አመት “የሕፃናት ልቅሶ እና ክስ” እየተለቀሰ ሌላውን ወገን ተወቃሽ የሚሆነው? ወያኔዎች ትንሽ የአደብ ሓፈረት የሚባል የሕሊና ገዢ እንዴት አንደተለያቸው ይገርመኛል? በሃይለስላሴም ሆነ በደርግ ዘመን ስለ አሉላም ሆነ ስለ ዮሐንሰ ጀብዱ አንዳንጽፍ ተከለከልን ካላችሁ፤ ውጭ አገር ሲኖሩ የነበሩ በርካታ የትግሬ ምሁራን የማን ጎፈሬ ሲያበጥሩ ኖሮው ነው (ከዘውዴ ገ/ስላሴ በቀር) አማራው እንዲጽፍላቸው የጠበቁት እና ተከሳሽ የሚያደርጉት? ያስ ተከድኖ ይብሰል፡ - ሃውልት አልቆመላቸውም፤ ታሪካቸው አልተጻፈም .. ወዘተ… የምትሉት አሰልቺ ልቅሶ ‘ሃያ ሁለት አመት’ ሙሉ ከማልቀስ እና ከመክሰስ ያለፈ ስራ ምን ሰራችሁ? እስኪ ንገሩን? ምን ሃውልት ሰራችሁ? የሐለፎም ሓውልት? የወያኔ ተጋዮች ሃውልት? ለነሱ ከማቆም ይልቅ ለክሳችሁ መነሻ የሆነው የወላጆቻችን ጀግንነት እና ንግሥና አማራዎች ነጠቁን ብላችሁ በረሃ ለመሄድ ከገፋፋችሁ ምክንያት አንዱ ከሆነ የአሉላም ሆነ የዮሃንስ ሃውልት ቅድሚያ ለምን አልሰጣችሁትም? የአሉላ እና የዮሐንስ ገድል ይበልጣል ወይስ አሉላ እና ዮሐንስ ያስከበሩትን ድምበር እና ባሕር ያስደፈሩ እና የዘጉ የወያኔ ታጋዮች ገድል? የአሉላም ሆነ የዮሐንስ ገድል የቀበረ እና በባንዳ ተልዕኮ የተሳተፉትን የጎሳ ታጋዮች ገድል ጎልቶ በበላይነት አንዲታይ እያደረገ ያለው ማን ነው? ኢትዮጵያዊያኖቹ ዮሐንስ እና አሉላ መታሰቢያ ሳይቆምላቸው፤ ለጎሳ ታጋዮች ለምን ቅድሚያ ተሰጣቸው?

የወያኔ ውሸት ታሪክን የመበረዝ እና የማጣመም ባሕሪ በምን ዓይነት የአጻጻፍ ዘዴ ቢጻፍ የውሸታቸው ክምር አንዴት መግለጥ እንደሚቻል ሳስበው ይጨንቀኛል። በዶጋሊ፤ጉንደት፤ጉራዕ፤ዓድዋ፤ባድመ፤ዓድዋ… የተደረጉ ጦርነቶች የትግሬዎች የመከላከል ታሪክ እና ጀግንነት ብቻ ነው እያሉ ያለ ምንም ሐፍረት ወይንም ዩልኝታ የሚገልጹት ባሕሪያቸው ሳስበው ለሕሊና ይከብዳል። የዚህ ውሸት ማቆሚያው መቸ እና የት ይሆን?

የዶጋሊ፤የሳሐቲ፤ወዘተ …. ወዘተ… ብዙ ኢትዮጵያዊያን የተቀላቀሉበት አንዳንዱም በመሪነት የመሩዋቸው ታላላቅ ውግያዎች ውጤት እንጂ የትግሬዎች ብቻ አይደለም። ድሉ እና ሱታፌው የትግሬዎች አንጂ የተቀሩ ኢትዮጵያዊያን ዜጎች ሱታፉ አልነበረም፡ የሚሉት ተዳጋገሚ ውሸታቸው በመጽሐፍም በንግግራቸውም በየስብሰባውም እስኪሰለቸን ድረስ ደጋግመውታል። ሃቁ ግን እነሱ እንደሚሉት ሳይሆን በተጠቀሱት ጦርነቶች የተሳተፉት ትግሬዎች ብቻ ሳይሆኑ ሌሎችም የተሳተፉበት ውጊያ እና ድል ነበር። መረጃውም ቆየት ብየ አቀርባለሁ። ይህ መረጃ ላንዴ እና ለመጨረሻ ውሸታቸውን የሚያቆም በመሆኑ መረጃውን እንድትጠቀሙበት በጥንቃቄ አስቀምጡት።

መረጃውን ከመጥቀሴ በፊት ማለት የምፈልገው ነገር፤ መረጃው ካነበቡት በሗላ አንዳንድ ወያኔዎች፤ “ምንም እንኳ ከሌሎች አካባቢዎች የመጡ ሰራዊቶች በዶጋሊ፤ በጉራዕ…ወዘተ ይኑሩ እንጂ አብዛኛው ተዋጊ የትግሬ ሰራዊት ስለነበር፤ ድሉ የትግሬ ሰራዊት ነው፡ የሚሉ የወያኔ ጐሰኞች ሊኖሩ ይችላሉ።ለነዚህ የምሰጠው መልስ “ዓድዋ ላይ የተሳተፈው ተዋጊ ሠራዊት፤ አብዛኛው ትግሬዎች ሳይሆኑ የሸዋ የንጉሥ ምኒሊክ ሠራዊቶች ናቸው። ሌላ ቀርቶ የወያኔ ወዳጅ የሆነው አይሁዳዊው ‘ኤሪክ ሓጋይ’ “አሉላ” በተባለው መጽሐፉም የትግሬ ሰራዊት እጅግ ጥቂት ስለነበረ አሉላ የሰራው የውግያ አስተዋጽኦ ጎልቶ የሚታይ አልነበረም። ኢሚንት ነው። በማለት መስክሯል። በዚህ ክርክር ከገባን “ከራስ መንገሻ (አሉላ) ሸራዊቶች” ይልቅ ከሌሎች ኢትዮጵያ መንደሮች የመጣ በተለይም ከሸዋ በብዛት የተሳተፈ ሠራዊት ስለነበር፤ የዓድዋ ድል ‘የሸዋ ሠራት ድል’ መሆን አለበት ሊባል ነው ማለት ነው?” ዋናው የውሸት ቀፎ የሆነው የ ‘ህዝባዊ ወያነ ሓርነት ትግራይ’ ድርጅት፤ በድርጅቱ ሁለተኛ ጉባኤ (1975) ያጸደቀው ውሳኔ አንዲህ ይላል “በአገራችን የሰሜን ጦርነቶች በዶጋሊ፤ጉንደት፤ጉራዕ… የተካሄዱ ጦረነቶችና ድሎች የኤርትራ ሕዝቦች እና የትግራይ ሕዝቦች ድል ነው”። ሲል በ13ኛው ክፍለ ዘመን ጀምሮ በእነ አምደጽዮን (ከሸዋ እየገሰገሱ) እና በመሳሰሉት የድሮ ነገሥታት ከሩቅ ያገሪቱ ግዛቶች እየተወረወሩ ወደ “ሓማሴን ምድር ወይንም ወደ ባሕረ ምድር”  (ኤርትራ) በመሄድ ከቱርኮች እና ከመሳሰሉ ወራሪዎች ተዋግተው ጠላት ድል የመቱትን ሁሉ በመደበቅ፤በአካባቢው የተደረጉ ጦርነቶች የትግሬ ጀግኖች ውጤት እያሉ ሚዛን ያጣ ትምክሕት በማሰራጨት አዲሱን የትግራይ ትውልድም ያንን ውሸት እየተቀበለ በዛው ትምክሕት እየተወጠረ መራመድ ጀምሯል።

አሁን ወደ መረጃዬ ልሂድ።

«----ዘመናዊ የካራቢነር ጠመንጃና መድፍ የጨበጠው የግብፅ ጦር ወደትግራይ አምርቶ የመረብን ወንዝ ተሻገረ።በኅዳር 7 ቀን 1875 ከዚህ ወንዝ አጠገብ ጉንደት ከተባለች ሥፍራ ላይ በንጉሠነገሥት ዮሐንስ 4ኛ የተመራ የኢትዮጵያ ሠራዊት መንገድ ዘጋበት።ንጉሡ ሠራዊቱን በሁለት ከፍሎ ፤ አንዱን ክፍል ራሱ፤ ሁለተኛውን ክፍል በዚያን ጊዜ የተመሰከረለት ጀግና የነበረው ራስ አሉላ እንዲመራው አደረገ። ሁለቱም የኢትዮጵያ ክፍለ ጦር ከተለያየ አቅጣጫ ደወ ግብፁ ምሽግ ተንቀሳቀሱ። የጉንደት ጦርነት ሙሉ ቀን ፈጀ። ከምሽቱ ላይ ድሉ ለኢትዮጵያውያን ማድላቱ እየለየ መጣ። አብዛኛቹ በጀግንነት የተዋጉ ግብፃውያን ከትግሉ አውድማ ላይ የወደቁ ሲሆን፣ ከነዚህም ውስጥ አራኪል ቤይ እና ሻምበል አረንድሩፕ ያገኛሉ። ከፊሉ ተማረከ፣ አምልጦ ምፅዋ ሊገባ የቻለው በጣም ጥቂት ነው።

« ከዚህ ውድቀትም በኋላ ከዲቭ እስማኤል በኢትዮጵያ ላይ ቀጣዩን ዘመቻ ለመክፈት ዝግጅት ማድረግ ጀመረ። ለቀጣዩ ጦርነት ካሁኑ የበለጠና የተሻለ ትጥቅ ያለው ሠራዊት ለማዝመት ወሰነ። ላሁኑ ዘመቻ 20,000 ወታደር አዘጋጅቶ በእጁ የሚገኘውን የተሻለ መሣሪያ ሁሉ አስታጠቀው። እስማኤል ለአዲሱ ዘመቻ በጀርመን አገር በወታደራዊ ሥልጠና የተመረቀውን መኮንን ሙላይ ሐሰን ፓሻን አዛዥ አድርጎ ሾመው። ከሱም ጋር ሌሎች የግብፅ የጦር መሪዎች አብረውት የዘመቱ ሲሆን፣ ከነዚህም አንዱ ዝነኛው ራቲብ ፓሻ ነበር።

በታኅሣሥ ወር 1875 የከዲቩ ጦር ምፅዋ ላይ አርፎ በዝግታ ወደ ማህል ኢትዮጵያ መንቀሳቀስ ጀመረ። በየካቲት 1876 ከመረብ ወንዝ ተጠጋ።

« ለዚህ የግብፅ ወረራ ምላሽ ዮሐንስ 4ኛ በሞሐመዳውያን ላይ ``የመስቀል ዘመቻ`` አዋጅ አስነገረ። ንጉሡ ከጎጃምና ከሸዋ የማጠናከሪያ ኃይል እንዲመጣ አድርጎ ፣ጠቅላላው የሠራዊቱ ቁጥር 60,000 ደርሶ ነበር። ሁለቱ ሠራዊቶች በመጋቢት ወር 1876 ጉራዕ ላይ ተጋጠሙ። ግብፆች ምሽጋቸውን ዙሪያውን በጉድብ ሰንሰለት ስላጠሩት የኢትዮጵያውያኑን ጥቃት ለመከላከል አመችቷቸው ነበር። ከግጥሚያው መጀመሪያ ላይ ስለቀናው ተደፋፍሮ ሙላይ ሐሰን በልምድ የበሰለውና ሽማግሌው ወታደር ራቲቭ ፓሻ ተው እያለው ጠላቱን በግላጭ ገጥሞ እደመስሳለሁ ብሎ ከምሽጉ ወጣ። ይህ ውሳኔ ለግብፆች መጥፊያቸው ሆነ። የኢትዮጵያ ወታደር በቁጥሩ ከወራሪው ጦር እጅግ ከፍ ያለ ነበርና የውጊያውን ሰልፍ ጥሶ እየተወረወረ ከጠላቱ ምሽግ ውስጥ ገባ። በአጭር ጊዜ ውስጥ ውጊያው ወደ መተላለቅ ተለውጦ የግብፅ ጦር በድንጋጤ ተውጦ ፈረጠጠ። ሙላይ ሐሰን ፓሻ ሩጦ ለማምለጥ ሲሞክር ተይዞ ከንጉሡ ፊት ቀረበ። ንጉሡም ድል የሆነበትን ቀን እንዳይረሳው ሲል ከክንዱ ላይ ሁለት መስቀል እንዲተኮስበት አደረገ። በግብፅና በኢትዮጵያ መካከል የሰላም ውል ከተደረገ በኋላ ከዲቭ እስማኤል ፣ ሙላይ ሐሰን ፓሻና ሌሎችም በጉራይ ጦርነት ላይ ከሱ ጋር የተማረኩትን ከፍተኛ መኮንኖች ማስለቀቂያ ከፍሎ አስፈታቸው።»(ገጽ 289 እስከ 299፣“የኢትዮጵያ ታሪክ ከመጀመሪያው እስካሁኑ ዘመን፣ጸሐፊዎች፦ አንድርዜይ ባርትኒስኪ እና ዮዓና ምንቴል-ኒየችኮ” ተርጓሚ፦ ዓለማየሁ አበበ 2003)

ስለሆነም በጉራዕ፤በጉንደት፤በስዋኪን፤በዶጋሊ፤በዓድዋ፤በማይጨው፤መመሳሰሉት ጦርነቶች እና በቅርቡም የትግሬው ወያኔ እና የኤርትራው ሻዕቢያ በጫሩት 70,000 የሚገመት ተጠያቂ የሌለው ሕይወት የበላ የጥላቻ ጦርነት ከሁሉም ወይንም ከከፊል የኢትዮጵያ ግዛቶች የሚኖር ሕዝብ የተካፈለበት ጦርነት ነበር። ወያኔዎች በሁለተኛ ጉባኤያቸው የኛ የትግሬዎች ገድል ብቻ ነው ብለው ያሉት በውሸት የተመሰረተ “የትግራይ ጦር ብቻ”  የተሳተፈበት ጀግንነት ያሉትን ውሸትም ሆነ፤ የወያኔ ታሪክ ጸሐፊዎች ነን የሚሉን ትምክሕተኞቹ የትግሬ ብሔረተኞች በመጽሐፍቶቻቸው የሚዋሹት እና የሚመኩባቸው የተጠቀሱት የትግሬ ጦር ውሎ ጀብዱ ሁሉ የትግሬ ብቻ ሳይሆን ጦሩ በዚያን ዘመን ኢትዮጵያ ተብላ በምትታወቀው አገር ይኖሩ የነበሩ ዜጎች በጦርነቱ ተካፋይ እንደነበሩ ከላይ ለመከራከሪያ ያቀረብኩት የመረጃ ሰነድ ማለትም “የኢትዮጵያ ታሪክ ከመጀመሪያው እስካሁኑ ዘመን፣ጸሐፊዎች፦ አንድርዜይ ባርትኒስኪ እና ዮዓና ምንቴል-ኒየችኮ” ተርጓሚ፦ ዓለማየሁ አበበ 2003 ያስረዳል።

የትግሬዎች እና የተጠቀሱት የአካባቢ ተሳታፊዎች የቁጥር ልዩነት ይችላል ወይ? አዎ ምናልባት ሊኖረው ይችላል። ያም በእርግጠኝነት ይህ ነው ማለት ባይቻልም ካራት ወይንም ከሦሰት ክ/ሃገራት የተውጣጡ ተዋጊዎች በቁጥር አነስተኛ ማሕበረሰብ ከነበረው ከትግራይ ጦር ሲነጻጻር ሊበዛ ወይንም እኩል ሊሆንም ይችልም ይሆናል። የጉራዕ/ጉንደት ጦርነት ግን ከጎጃምና ከሸዋ በብዛት የዘመተ መኖሩን በግልጽ ያሳያል። ጎንደርና ወሎ ያልተጠቀሱበት ምክንያት ሁለቱም በንጉሡ ቀጥተኛ ቁጥጥር ሥር የነበሩ በመሆኑ ተሳትፎአቸው ግልጽ ስለሆነ ነው።

አሁን መረጃው ሰጥቻለሁ። የወያኔ ትግሬ ጸሐፍት ጉረኞች በየመጽሕፍቶቻችሁ እና በየቃለ መጠይቃችሁ የምትነዙት አጉል ጉራ እና ታሪክ አደፍራሽነታችሁ ረገብ አንድትሉ በግራ ቀኝ የተጻፉ የታሪክ ሰነዶች አንብቡ። ለዚህም ነበር አፄ ዮሐንስ ‘የትግሬ ልጅ ሆይ” ሳይሆን ሲሉ የነበሩት ለጦርነት ሲዘጋጁ “የኢትዮጵያ ልጅ ሆይ” ነበር እያሉ መላውን ግዛታቸው ያለው ሕዝብ ለጦርነት ጥሪ ሲያደርጉ የነበሩት። ለዚህም ነበር “የኢትዮጵያ ልጅ ሆይ ልብ አድርገህ ተመልከት። ኢትዮጵያ የተባለች አንደኛ እናትህ ናት፣ ሁለተኛ ዘውድህ ናት፣ ሦስተኛ ሚስትህ ናት፣ አራተኛ ልጅህ ናት፣ አምስተኛ መቃብርህ ናት። እንግዲህ የእናት ፍቅር፣ የዘውድ ክብር፣ የሚስት ደግነት፣ የልጅ ደስታ፣ የመቃብር ከባቲነት እንደዚህ መሆኑን አውቀህ ተነሣ።“(አፄ ዮሐንስ ፬ኛ) ሲሉ የነበሩት።

ወያኔዎች የትግራይ ወያኔ ብሄረተኞች ከንጉሥ ዮሐንስ “የኢትዮጵያዊነት” ትርጉም ምን ማለት አንደሆነ ሊማሩት አልፈቀዱም። አለማፈራቸው ዛሬ ደግሞ ይባስ ብለው “ማንነት” ትግራዋይነት አንጂ “ኢትዮጵያ” የሚባል ማንነት የለንም መላት ጀምረዋል። ንጉሥ ዮሐንስ እያሉን ያሉት ግን “ኢትዮጵያ ማንነትህ ናት” -ኢትዮጵያ የተባለች አንደኛ እናትህ ናት፣ ሁለተኛ ዘውድህ ናት፣ ሦስተኛ ሚስትህ ናት፣ አራተኛ ልጅህ ናት፣ አምስተኛ መቃብርህ ናት። እንግዲህ የእናት ፍቅር፣ የዘውድ ክብር፣ የሚስት ደግነት፣ የልጅ ደስታ፣ የመቃብር ከባቲነት እንደዚህ መሆኑን አውቀህ ተነሣ።”  ሲሉ  በወርቃማው ‘ኢትጵያዊ ማነንት’ ትርጉማቸው ተርጉመውልን ቢሄዱም “የወያኔ ባንዳዎች” ወደ ቁልቁል ወደ መንደራቸው በመሸማቀቅ “ትግራዋይነት”  አንጂ  ኢትዮጵያዊ  የሚባል  ማንንት  የለም፤ በማለት  ወደ  “ትግሬነት”  ወደ  “ኤርትራዊነት”  ማንነት  ወደ እሚሉት ደደቢታዊ እና ናቕፋዊ የግንጠላ አዝማሚያ እና መንደርተኛነትን አጥብቀው ማማንዠክ ይዘዋል።

የትግራይ ኦን ላይን ውሸታሞች በአማራ ሕብረተሰብ እና አርበኞች ላይ ያላቸው የጥላቻ መንፈስ ከኤርትራዊያኖቹ የባሰ ጥልቅ እንደሆነ ልብ ያለው በበሰለ ሕሊና የተከታተላቸው ታዛቢ የሚመሰክረው ቢሆንም ዛሬም ከሃያ ሁለት አመት በሓላም ጥላቸው እና ትንኰሳው ስላልበረደላቸው፤ በትግሬው አሉላ እና በአማራው በላይ ዘለቀ (አማራ እና ትግሬ የሚለው በሽታቸው ሲያወዳድሩ) መካከል ልዩነት ፈጥረው “አማራዎች” የአሉላን ክብር እንድያንስ አድርገዋል፡ እያሉ የአማራ ጸሐፊዎችን የሚከስሱት ውሸት እራሳቸው በራስ አሉላ ላይ እያደረጉት ያሉት ደባ እንዳይጋለጥ የሚያደርጉት ተንኰል ነው። የሚከተለውን ጉድ አንብቡ፤

Eritrean born top TPLF warlord Bereket Simeon is currently on a new mission alongside another anti-Ethiopian hireling Sibehat Nega, an Ignoramus who regards Ethiopia’s rich history as an offence that should be erased.

Few days after the ruling minority junta announced the pending removal of statues of martyred bishop Abune Petros and emperor Menilik, Tigraye republic officially disowned her own anti- colonial war hero, Ras Alula Engida by removing the obelisk which commemorates the battle ofDogali from the only school named after him in his home province of Tigraye, Tembein zone of Abi-Adie town. According to the Horn Times Tigrai zone reporters, the up graded and modernized high school was renamed “Meles Zenawi comprehensive high school” on November 21, 2012.

Speaking at the ceremony, TPLF cc member commander Yetbarek Aleneh told the visibly unhappy crowd that “ those who call themselves opposition parties  must worship Ras Alula in Addis  Ababa or Asmara…or  even  in  Washington  Dc,  where  they  live  as  fugitives…not  here  in Tigraye. We have created a new Tigrai with the blood of our children, not with Alula’s blood.”

However, after the ceremony, a miner scuffle broke out between armed TPLF security personnel and the residents of Abi-Adie town who strongly objected to the name change and threatened to burn  down  the  school. Several  arrests  were  made near  the  town  of  Mekele,  the  capital

of Tigrai and became a household name when he ambushed an Italian battalion of 500 men, led by Colonel Tommaso De Cristofori, in Dogali near the port city of Massawa, present day Eritrea, on 26 January 1887 and killed almost all the invaders in just few hours of fierce battle.

His  huge  statue  topped  with  a  red  star  was  erected  in  Dogali  during  the  communist  rule  in Ethiopia and January 26 used to be a national holy day before TPLF came to power in May 1991.

Nevertheless, Ras Alulas’ monument was blasted by EPLF, Eritrean People’s Liberation Front (shabia) commander Petros Solomon in 1989 in the presence of the late fuehrer Meles Zenaw’s father, Ato Zenawi  Asres, a traitor who fought  alongside the Italians  during  the second  Italo- Abyssinian war.

To the 500 Italians killed by the patriots, the massive monument erected in their honor is still standing in Rome’s famous Piazza Dei Cinquecento while TPLF warlords, who descended from families of traitors, try to destroy Ethiopia’s own war memorials.

Furthermore, despite the juntas vile attempt to eradicate history, in the pristine smoggy ravines of the north, the golden belt of Ethiopian patriotism, shepherds are singing about the heroics of this gallant soul called Ras Alula Aba-Nega…as they did for generations…”  (ጌታሁን በቀለ The Horn Times Newsletter, Dec 2, 2012)

ይህ  ጉድ  ተሸክመው  ነው  ሌላወን  እየከሰሱ  ለወንጀላቸው  ሽፋን  ለማድረግ  የሚጥሩት።  ከላይ  አንደተመለከቱት፤  ተምቤን  አውራጃ ውስጥ  በራስ  አሉላ  የተሰየመውን  ት/ቤት  በወያኔው  መሪ  በመለስ  ዜናዊ  ስም  እንዲጠራ  የተደረገው  ሴራ  ነው።  ዶጋሊ  ላይ  ደርግ ለክብራቸው  ያስሰራው  የመታሰቢያ  ሃውልትም  በሻዕቢያዎች ሲፈርስ  ወያኔዎች ምንም የተቃውሞ ቃል አላቀረቡም፤ ሲናገሩም ተደምጠው አይታወቁም። ይባስ ብለው ታሪካቸው እና ስማቸው እየደመሰሱ የራሳቸውን ወንጀል ለሌላ መለጠፋቸው እጅግ የሚገርሙ ጎዶች ናቸው።

ከዚህ በታች የምጠቅሳቸው የወያኔ ታሪክ ጸሐፍት ለአማራ ያላቸው ጥላቻ ብርቱ ሲሆን ታሪክንም እያዛቡ የዘገቡ የወያኔ ካድሬዎች ናቸው።

ዶ/ር (መምህር) ሙሉወርቅ ኪዳነማርያም

ከላይ የሚታው ሙሉወርቅ ኪደነማርያም ነው። የሚኖረውም ትግራይ ውስጥ ነው። ሙሉወርቅ እንዲህ ያለ ጎሰኛ ይወጣዋል ብዬ ገምቼም አለውቅም። ደህና የነበሩ ወጣቶች ስያድጉ ምን መርዝ ቀምሰው በጎሰኛነት ልክፍት አንደሚያብዱ አላውቅም። ዛሬ ወያኔዎች ከሚመኩባቸው በርከት ያሉ ውሸታሞች መካካል ምናልባትም ሟቹ ደ/ር ክንፈ አብርሃምን የተካ የታሪክ ምሁር በመሆን፤ በንጉሥ ምኒሊክ እና በአማራ ላይ ከፍተኛ ጥላቻ የሚያስተጋባ ጎሰኛ በመሆን ተዋጥቶለታል። ሙሉወርቅ መቀሌ ውስጥ የሚገኘው “Queen Sheba” ኮለጅ ዲን ነው። (ፋሺስቶቹ ኩዊን ሸባ/ የሚለው አንግሊዝኛ ቋንቋ ‘ንግሥት’ የሚለው ‘አማርኛ’ ወይንም ‘ንግሥቲ’ የሚለው ‘ትግርኛ’ ስላስጠላቸው ቋንቋችን ተነጠቅን ብለው በረሃ ገብተው ሲዋሹ ዛሬ የባስ ብለው ትግርኛውንም ጭምር በእንግሊዘኛ ተኩት። አሳፋሪ ትውልድ!)

ገብረኪዳን ደስታ “እምቢ አንጻር ወረርቲ”  (በወራሪዎች ላይ እምቢታ) ብሎ በጻፈው ምጽሐፍ ፈላጭ ቆራጭ በነበሩት ግፈኞቹ “የትግራይ መሳፍንት እና የጉልተኞች ዲሞክራሲ” ድንቅነት እና በጐነት ለማሳየት እና ለማስተዋወቅ በተጻፈው የውሸት ክምር ተመርኩዞ “ሙሉወርቅ ኪዳነማርያም” አስተያየቱን አንዲሰጥ ተጠይቆ፤ ስለ አፄ ዮሐንስ እና ስለ ምኒሊክ፤ ስለ ‘አማራ’ ጻሀፊዎች ብዙ ዘላብዷል።

አስቀድሜ አንደተናገርኩት ሙሉወርቅ ጎሰኛ እና አማራ የሚጠላ መሆኑን እኔን ለመቀበል የሚያዳግታቸው ሰዎች ስላሉ በሌላ ሰው አንደበት መረጃየን ላቅርብ። አብርሃ ደስታ ይባላል። አብዛኞዎቻችሁ ይህ ወጣት በመጥፎም በደግም ጽሑፉ የምታውቁት ነው። የጻፈ ሁሉ ደራሲ ነው? በሚል ርዕስ መጣጥፉ ስለ ሙሉወረቅ ኪዳነ መርያም እንዲህ ይላል። አዲስ አበባዎች ሰለማዊ ሰልፉ ሲቀውጡት እኔ ደግሞ ከጓደኞቼ ጋር ... የኢትዮጵያ ደራሲያን ማህበር በመቐለ ከተማ ቅርንጫፍ ስለመክፈቱ ተጋብዘን እየተነጋገርን ነበር። የአዲስ አበባ ሰልፍ በሰላም መጠናቀቁ ደስ ብሎኛል።

እኔ ግን ስለ ማህበሩ ዉሎ ትንሽ ላካፍላቹ። ምክንያቱም ካደረግነው ዉይይት አንድ 'ደስ የሚል' ነገር ስላገኘሁ ነው። የኢትዮዽያ ደራሲያን ማህበር በመቐለ ቅርንጫፍ የሚከፍትበት ዝግጅት ጥሩ ነበር። ብዙ ሙሁራን ደራሲያን ታድመው ንግግር አድርገዋል።

ግን በደራሲያኑና በሙሁራኑ ንግግር ቅር ያሰኘኝ ነገር ነበረ። ከክብር እንግዶቹ ሁሌ 'ሊቃውንት' ተብለው የሚቀርቡ ዶ/ር ሰለሞን ዕንቋይ፣ መምህር ገብረኪዳን ደስታና መምህር ሙሉወርቅ ኪዳነማርያም ነበሩ። ከኢትዮዽያ ደራሲያን ማህበር የተላኩ አራት ደራሲያንም ነበሩ።ንግግርአድርገዋል።

ከኢትዮዽያ ደራሲያን ማህበር የተወከሉ አማርኛ ተናጋሪዎች ናቸው ግን ትግርኛም ይሰማሉ። የአብዛኞቹ ንግግር አልተመቸኝም። ሲበዛ ግብዝ ነበሩ። የሚናገሩት የልባቸው እንዳልሆነ በቀላሉ መገመት ይቻላል። ጥረታቸው ለግዜው እኛ የትግራይ ተወላጆችን ማስደሰት ነበር። በትክክል ግን ማስደሰት ሳይሆን መመፃደቅ ነበር። ትግራይ ሰማይ ሰቀሏት። ከነሱ አንድ ግን ጠንከር ያለ አስተያየት ሰጠና አስደሰተኝ። ሌሎቹ ግን 'የእውነት ደራሲያን ናቸው?' ብዬ ራሴ እንድጠይቅ አድርገውኛል። ግብዝ ደራሲ አልወድም። “የኛዎቹም ተናገሩ። ዶ/ር ሰለሞን ብዙ አላባላሹም። አጠር ያለ ግሩም አስተያየት ሰጡ። መምህር ሙሉወርቅ ለመጀመርያ ግዜ (እኔ እስከሰማሁት ድረስ) 'አማርኛ ማወቅ ጥሩ ነው' ብሎ ተናገረ። ገረመኝ፤ አናደደኝም። ግብዝ መሆኑ ነው። 'አማርኛ ተናጋሪዎች ከመሃከላችን ስላሉና እነሱ ለማስደሰት ስለፈለገ ነው?' ብዬ ታዘብኩት፤ ምክንያቱም አቋሙ ከዚህ በፊት አውቀዋለሁ። ትንሽ ቆይቶ ግን ወደ ተለመደው የፖለቲካ መዘባረቁ ገባ። ተረጋጋሁ። ምክንያቱም ወደ ትክክለኛ ማንነቱ ተመልሷል። እንደወትሮው ለሸዋ ታሪክ ፀሃፊዎች መውቀስ ጀመረ። » እኔ ደግሞ ግራ ሲገባኝ 'ሁሉም ፀሓፊ ደራሲ ነው እንዴ? ለምንድነው የታሪክ ተመራማሪዎች እንደ ደራሲያን አድርገን  የምንቆጥራቸው? ድርሰት እኮ ጥበብ ነው፣ መፃፍ መቻል ግን ክህሎት ነው።' ብዬ ጠየቅኩ። (የጻፈ ሁሉ ደራሲ ነው? አብርሃ ደስታ) ከላይ በአበርሃ ደስታ አንደተገለጸው ሙሉ ወርቅ ኪዳነማርያም ማለት ይህ ነው።

ሙሉወርቅ የዚህ ትምክህተኛ ቡድን አገልጋይ ሆኖ ሳዳምጥ በጣም ነው የገረመኝ። ዮሐንስ አዳራሽ መኝታ ክፍላቸው ውስጥ በተደረገው የገብረኪዳን ደስታ መጽሐፍ ድጋፍ አንደለፈፈው ትግሬዎች በብዙ የታሪክ ሰነዶች ድሮም ይሁን አሁን እንኳ በቅርቡ በባድሜ ጦርነትም ይሁን በዓድዋ፤በማይጨው ጦረነቶች ሁሉ ትግሬዎች ባካባቢያቸው የተከሰቱ ጦርነቶች ብቻቸውን አልገጠሙዋቸውም። እንኳን እና ድሮ በርሃብ፤በተላላፊ በሽታ፤በወባ፤ እና ባስቸጋሪ ክረምት የሰው ሃይል እና የስንቅ ምንጭ በሚያስፈልግበት ወቅት ብቻቸውን ሊዋጉ ቀርቶ፤ አሁን ሁሉም በእጃቸው ባደረጉበት ጦሩም ፤ሃብቱም፤ስልጣኑም፤ አይሮፕላኑም፤ መድሃኒቱም፤ፋብሪካው እና ማጓጓዣው በቁጥጥራቸው ባደረጉበት ወቅት አንኳ ‘ሻዕቢያን’  ከባድመ፤ከዓሊተና፤ከዛላምበሳ.፤ከባዳ…. መግፋት አቅቷቸው ለሁለት ዓመት የትግራይ ድንበር ተወርሮ፤ ያካባቢው ድምበር ኗሪዎቹ ተፈናቅለው፤ መኖርያ ቤቶቻቸው እየተቃጠሉ ፤ኗሪዎች እየተገረፉ እና እየተጠለፉ፤ ጫካው እየተመነጠረ፤ ድንጋዩ እየተፈነቀለ “የሻዕቢያ”  ምሽግ ማጠናከሪያ ሆኖ ሁለት አመት ሲቆይ “እርዱን” ተብሎ ነው የድሮ ሰራዊት ሳይቀር እየተለመነ ተመልሶ በመታጠቅ ‘ሻዕቢያን” ድባቅ የመታው እና እስከ ባረንቱ፤ ተሰነይ እና ሰንዓፈ ገብቶ ያራወጠው። ይህ የዓምና ታሪክ ነው፡ አንዴት ልንረሳው አንችላለን? ሃቁ ይህ ሆኖ ሳለ፡እነ ሙሉወርቅ ኪዳነማርያም “በሰሜን የተደረጉ ጦርነቶች በሙሉ በትግሬዎች የተካሄደ የትግሬዎች ጀግንነት ነው እያለ ሕዝቡን በጀብደኝነት ሲያሰክሩ ማድመጥ እህግ አስገራሚ ክሰተት ነው። አለማፈር! አታኽለቲ ሓጎስ በትግርኛ እንዲህ ይላል። “ተጋሩ ንኢትዮጵያ መስዋእቲ ዝኾ ኑንን ዘድሓንዋን እየ ገይረ ዝ ወ ስዳ። (ትግሬዎች ኢትዮጵያን ለማዳን ቤዛ የሆኑ ናቸው)።(ቃለ መጠይቅ - ውራይ መጽሄት)

አታኽልቲ ሐጎስ ማለት ‘ሃቅ ሃቁን ለህጻናት’ እና “ደቂቀ ምኒሊክ፤ አይንታሓማመ” እና የመሳሰሉ ጎሰኛ እና ዘረኛ መጽሐፍ የጻፈ የወያኔ ደራሲና ገጣሚ እንዲሁም ሰዓሊ ነው።” እሱም አብሮ አደጌ ነው። እኔ እስከማውቀው ድረስ ትግሬዎች (ወያኔን አይጨምርም) በማንኛወም ውግያ ሲሳተፉ በኢትዮጵያዊነታቸው እንጂ “ኢትዮጵያ የተባለች አገራቸው ከጠላት ለመከላከል ቤዛ የሆኑ አንጂ ‘ኢትዮጵያ የተባለች ባዕድ አገር’ ለማዳን የተሰው አይደሉም። የወያኔ ደራሲያን ችግር፤ “ትግራይ እና ኢትዮጵያ”  ለያይተው የማየት በሸታቸው የጠነከረ ስለሆነ ማንኛውም ጦርነት ሲካሄድ “ኢትዮጵያ የምትባሉ ፍጡሮች ፈጣሪዎቻችሁም አዳኞቻችሁም እኛ ነን።”  የሚል የትምክሕት አበዜ ሲያስተጋቡ ፣የስካራቸው ውሸት መጠን የለውም። ለዚህም ነው መላ ኢትዮጵያ እና መላው የኢትዮጵያ አካባቢሕዝብ የተካፈለበት የአክሱም ስልጣኔ የትግሬዎች ብቻ አድርገው በማጽፍ እና በመሳል በውሸት የሚስሉት፤፡ ይህንን የወያኔ ትግሬ ንብረትና ታሪክ አድርገው የሚያቀርቡት የሌሎችን አስተዋጽኦ እና ክብር የሚጋፋ አስጸያፊ ምሰል አንደናሙና ተመለክቱት።

መምህር ገብረኪዳን ደስታ

“ሚኒልክ ወደ ትግራይ የመጣው “ትግሬ ከጠገበ እና አንድ ከሆነ አይገዛም፡ ወይም አይቻልም” የሚል እምነት ነበረዉ። በተጨማሪም የትግራይ ህዝብ “ብዙ ብር” አለው፤ተብሎ ስለሚታመን ገበሬውን “እየዘረፉ” ሃብት ማካበትና ሕዝቡን “ማደሕየትም” “እንደ ስልት” የተያዘ በመሆኑ አስፈላጊ ነበር። አጼ ምኒልክ ወደ ትግራይ ያደረጉት ዘመቻም እነዚህን “ሁለት ነጥቦች” ለማሳካትና ተግባራዊ ለማድረግ ነዉ” ምመህር ገብረኪዳን ደስታ (የትግራይ ሕዝብ እና የትምክሕተኞች ሴራ ከትናንት አስከ ዛሬ ገጽ 103) ምንጭ “ይድረስ ለጎጠኛው መምህር” ከሚል መጽሐፍ፤- ደራሲ ጌታቸው ረዳ።

ይህ ፎቶግራፍ ወደ ግራ በኩል የሚታየው ሽማግሌው መምህር ገብረኪዳን ደስታ ነው። ወደ ቀኝ በኩል ያለው ወጣት “ዮሃንስ” (ጆን እያሉ ወያኔዎች የሚጠሩት) የተባለው የትግራይ ሰው ለወያኔ የቆመ ጋዜጠኛ ነው።

መቸም ሕሊና ላለው ሰው ምኒሊክ ወደ ትግራይ መጥተው የትግራይን ሕዝብ ከጠላት ወረራ እንዲያድኑት የተማጸነው ማን አንደሆነ የታሪክ ሰነዶች ያነበባችሁ የምትስቱት አይደለም። ሚኒሊክ ወደ ትግራይ ዓድዋ የዘመቱት ገብረኪዳን ደስታ እና የገብረኪዳን አስተማሪዎች የነበሩ በሚኒለክ ዘመን የኖሩ እነ ደብተራ ፍስሃ አብየ እዝጊ አንደሚሉት “ምኒልክ ወደ ትግራይ ያደረጉት ዘመቻ እነዚህን “ሁለት ነጥቦች”  ለማሳካትና ተግባራዊ ለማድረግ ነዉ”  የሚለው ውንጀላ ምንኛ እውነትን የሚረግጥ ክህደት መሆኑን ብዙ ትንተና የሚያስፈልገው ስላልሆነ ለናንተ ፍረድ እተወዋለሁ። ምኒልክ ጥሪውን ተቀብለው ጣልያን ባይመቱት፤ እናቶቻችን ብዙ የጣሊያን ዲቃላ ባፈሩልን ነበር።እናት አያቶቻችን በሰላቶ ጎረምሶች በተደፈሩ ነበር። ወንድ አያቶቻችንም የጣሊያን ጀርዲን (ጋርደን) ውሃ አጠጪ እና ዘበኛ፤ ወይንም እንቁላል ጠባሽ በሆኑ ነበር። በኤርትራ የደረሰ ውርደት ሁሉ በትግራይ ማሕበረሰብ በደረሰ ነበር። እድሜ ለምኒሊክ አንዳንል፤ ወያኔዎች ያ ሁሉ ውለታ እረስተው ‘ምኒሊክ ለብር ዘረፋ እና ትግራይን አደህይቶ ለመግዛት”  አንዲያመቸው ነው ወደ ትግራይ ዓድዋ የመጣው ማለት ከባድ ወንጀል ነው። የሚኒልክ ደግነት እና በጎ ስራ ሰሪነት አንዲሁም የትግሬ መኳንንት ጎርበጣ ባሕሪ እና አርስ በርስ መጠላለፍ እና መገዳደል ባሕሪ የዘመኑ ምሁር የነበሩት የትግሬው ተወላጅ “ነጋድራስ ገ/ሕይውት ባይከዳኝ ”  ስለ ምኒሊክ የጻፉትን በጎነት እና መልካም ስራ ማንበብ ነው። አሳዛኙ ግን ነጋድራስ ስለ ምኒሊክ ደካማ ጎን የጻፉትን እያጐሉ ፤ስለ በጎ ምግባራቸው እና ለትግራይ እና ስለ ኢትዮጵያ ያደረጉት አስተዋፅኦ የጻፉላቸውን እየደበቁ ወያኔዎች የገብረህይወት ባይከዳኝን ብዕር ሲያበላሹ ማየት በጣም ያሳዝናል። በዚህ ላይ ሌላ ቀን እመለስበታለሁ። እንደርታዊዉ ተወላጅ የወያኔው ዘፋኝ ኪዳነማርያም ረዳ

“ንአብነት ማይ ጨዉ ዓድዋ እንተዘከርና፤

ተምቤን ዓቢይ ዓዲ ሽረ እንዳባጉና፤

ኩይናት ምስ ገበሩ እቶም ወለድና፤ ጸላኢ ደምሲሶም ታሪኽ ሓደጉልና።

ጨቆንትና አምሓሩ ምስ ታሪኽ ፀሓፍቶም ንዓና ዓብሊሎም ታሪኽና ጎቢጦም አለዉ ይምክሑ ብደም ወለድና፤

ንቃለስ ተጋሩ ክንመልስ ቅያና “

ትርጉም፦ ሓቀኛ ታሪክ ተደብቆ አይቀርም ለምሳሌ የማይጨዉን፤ የዓድዋን፤የሽረ የእንዳባጉናን ታሪክ ስንመረምር ወራሪዎችን ድባቅ በምመታት ትግሬ  ወላጆቻችን  አኩሪ ታሪክ ትተዉልን አልፈዋል። ይሁን እንጂ፤አባቶቻችን ብብዙ ዓዉደ ዉግያዎች ደማቸዉን አፍስሰዉ ያስመዘገቡትን ታሪክ “(ጨቆንትና አምሓሩ ምስታሪኽ ፀሓፍቶም”) “ጨቋኞቻችን አማሮች እና ታሪክ ጸሃፊዎቻቸዉ” በአሁኑ ወቅት እየተኮፈሱበት ነዉ። ታሪካችንን ቀብረዉ በአባቶቻችን ደም/ታሪክ እየተመኩበት ናቸዉ እና የትግራይ ተወላጆች የሆንን በሙላ ታሪካችነን ለማሳደስ በፅናት መታገል አለብን!” ይል ነበር፤ ተደርሶ የተሰጠው በረሃ ላይ እያለ የወያኔ ሙዚቀኛ የነበረው ዘፋኝ ኪዳነ ማርያም ረዳ። ምንጭ (ይድረስ ለጎጠኛው መምህር፤- ደራሲ ጌታቸው ረዳ።)

ይህ እጅግ ወደ ታች የዘቀጠ ዘረኛነት እና ውሸት ሰፊ ትንተና የሚያስፈልገው አይመስለኝም። እያንዳንዱ አንባቢ በቀላሉ የሚፈርደው ነው። ሆኖም ወላጆቻችን በጦርነት የመሸሽ ታሪክ፤ ምንም ወንጀል፤ ምንም የባንዳ ስራ እንዳልተሳተፉ አድርጎ የሚያቀርብ ጀብደኝነት የአማራ አዋቂዎች አንደሚሉት “አሳ ጐርጓሪ ዘንዶ ያወጣል…” ነው እና ይህንን ታሪክ አስኪ አብረን አንመልከት እና ፍርዱን ሰጥተን አንሰናበት።አቡነ ጴጥሮስ አገሬን እና ሃይማኖቴን ለፋሺስት ሕዝብ አጎንብሶ አንዲሰግድ አልፈቅድም ብለው፤የድለላ ገንዘብ እና ማዕረግ ይሰጠዎታል ቢባሉም “ግንባሬ ለጥየት” ብለው በአምላካቸው ጽናት ተሞርኩዘው መስዋዕት ሲሆኑ ወላጆቻችን ቀሳውስተ አክሱም እና ዓዲግራት  እንዲሁም ዓድዋ…  ዘምባባ  እያውለበለቡ  እንደክርስቶስ “ንሴብሖ”  የሚለው ውደሳ  እያስተጋቡ ለፋሺስቶች ሲሰግዱ ተመዝገቧል።

ይህ የወላጆቻችን ታሪክስ ለማን ልንሰጠው ነው? አማራዎች በኛ ታሪክ እየኮሩ በባዶ ታሪካቸው እየፎረከሩ ነው እየተባለ በአማራ  ላይ  የተዘፈነው ዘፈን  ነውር  አይደለም  ወይ?  ታሪክ  እንፍራ  አንጂ! አማራዎች  እና  ትግሬዎች  እኮ  ያንድ  እናት  እና  ልጅ ወንድማማቾች  ናቸው።  ከሁለቱም  አብራኮች  የወጣን  ትግሬዎች  እኮ  ነን። አስኪ  ይህንን  ቪዲዮ/ፊልም  ተመልከቱት እና  ራሳችንን እንፈትሽ። ሁሉም ጎሳ የራሱ መጥፎ ታሪክ እና ደካመ ጎን አስመዝግቧል። አንዴት እኛ ትግሬዎች ብቻ ጀግንነት ብቻ የሰራን እንጂ ደካመ  ጎን  የለንም  ብለን  ሌላውነ ከዳተኛ  እያልን በድርቅና አንከሳለን።  ገብረኪዳን  ደስታ  በትግርኛው  ቃለ  ጠይቁ  “ትግራዋይ  እማ ነፀላኢኡ አይነብርከኽን/አይሰግድን፤ንጥልያን፤ ንድረቡሽ ተምበርኪኺ አይፈልጥን” ሲለን (ትርጉሙ “ትግሬ በታሪኩ ለጠላት ተምበርክኮ ፤ተጎንብሶ ሰግዶ አያውቅም። ለማንኛውም ጣሊያን ይሁን ድርቡሽ ሰግዶ እጁን ሰጥቶ በታሪካችን የታየበት የተመዘገበበት ወቅት  ከቶ  የለም!”    የተንበረከኩ  የሰገዱ  ሌሎች  ናቸው።  ሲለን  ይህ  ከዚህ  በታች  ያለው ፊልም  እሰኪ  ተመልከቱ እና  የገብረኪዳን ውሸትና እውነት እናመሳክረው።

THE PRECARIOUS SITUATION OF ETHIOPIANS IN THE SUDAN

The close relations of the regime in Addis Abeba with the Omar Beshir led regime in hartoum have almost always worked against the interest of Ethiopians in the Sudan. Many Ethiopians who were in danger of losing their lives have been deported from the Sudan to Ethiopia and many have died (Major Atanaw Wassie and others) or have been disappeared like Azanaw Demile and dozens of others. Refugees have been harassed, jailed and tortured in the Sudan to please the regime in Addis Abeba and even now Sudanese prisons hold very many Ethiopians on trumped up charges. The violation of the rights of Ethiopians in the Sudan knows no limits.

Recently, the Sudan has ordered all Ethiopian refugees to be finger printed (yet again) till April or face expulsion, a file and information that is to be passed to the regime in Addis Abeba for sure much to the detriment of the welfare of the refugees. Two weeks ago, the unexplained deaths of three Sudanese Masalites in an area situated outside of Basonda on the way to Metema led to the accusation that Ethiopians were involved in the killing and a revenge spree by the Masalites led to the death of seven innocent Ethiopian farm workers. (A report by one web site based in America that 70 Ethiopians were killed in Basonda is false). Countless Ethiopian young girls being trafficked through the Sudan have been raped and even murdered and as we recently reported an 18 years old pregnant Ethiopian girl raped by seven Sudanese is facing a death penalty on charges of indecency, adultery and prostitution while her rapists have been freed. The Addis Abeba regime has ceded Ethiopia’s fertile land on Gondar to the Sudan and as the Sudanese high level presence in the celebrations of the ruling Tigrean front showed the alliance and complicity is tight. Which means that Ethiopians in the Sudan face danger to their lives while they are not given adequate protection by the UNHCR or other international bodies. Let us raise our voices to defend Ethiopians in the Sudan.

Ethiopia and Switzerland Tied the Knot!

Since the time I heard the news that one of our heroes, namely, Hailemedhin Abera, has “hijacked” the plane he was co-flying, Boeing 767, and landed in Geneva, I have been browsing the net to get some more information about this small land-locked European nation, Switzerland. Then, though the case of this young co-pilot is not yet made public to the media, and though I should wait for some time to have a clearer picture about  the  motive(s)  of  this  dynamic  citizen  of  our  country  from  the  horse’s  mouth,  I  just  went  off  my patience and wrote this letter taking into account the empirical conditions of my country and the information I gleaned from Ethiopian opposition media outlets, the pilot’s family, and his workmates. And I pray to God to have at least one Swiss official who would read and take heed of what I say here now. I speak my mind; if there is no human listener, the air, the soil, and the water will be listening to our grievances, and at the end of the day, God will judge us all according to our actions, reactions, or inactions. It is therefore much better to listen to and have empathy with others’ griefs, generally as a human being and particularly as an Ethiopian, if you are one.

The Journey of Apartheid from South Africa to Ethiopia

     Ethiopia  is  a  multi-ethnic  state  located  in  the  horn  of  Africa.  She  is  estimated  to have  about  90 millions  of  people  with  a  diversity  of  religions  and  cultures.  But  all  these  people  have  many  things  in common as Ethiopians; they share communal ethical and moral values, they used to live under the same flag and  national  anthem,  they  have  the same  color and  similar psychological  makeup,  etc. This  has  been  true especially up until 1991 before the apartheid system was in place in May, 1991. The apartheid we have is something to be cited as the first of its kind which has never been observed in any country in the world.

      In 1990, the Apartheid System was chased out of South Africa. That apartheid was officially declared in  1948  to  segregate  the  black  majority  from  the  benefits  of  South  Africa.  Following  that  declaration,  the white minorities were situated on top of every privilege in that country while on the other hand the majority of the black population was doomed to every sort of suffering and poverty. In this great historical event of removing  apartheid,  at  least  from  serving  as  state  machinery,  two  world  class  citizens  are  always  in  our mind: Nelson R. Mandela and F.W. de klerk. These selfless individuals will remain alive in history. But on the  regretful  contrary,  that  apartheid  was  immigrated  to  Ethiopia  and  made  the  policy  of  the  ethnocentric junta which seized the political power immediately after the central dictatorial government was toppled by popular uprising mainly led by EPLF and TPLF in 1991. The very fact that the apartheid which was driven out of the country of Nelson Mandela was accepted as a state policy in Ethiopia remains to be an irony of history. This is so because Nelson Mandela was here in Ethiopia for some assistance by the then government and he used to love this country for her successful anti colonial movement; as a matter of historic enigma, the fugitive apartheid run out of Mandela’s country and freely entered Ethiopia, perhaps the only country which staunchly fought it and served as sanctuary to ANC members in the time of the struggle. This reality is what makes this case astoundingly peculiar in the history of mankind. To your surprise, there is no apartheid now on earth other than Ethiopia. As of the time apartheid was happily entertained by the ethnic junta of TPLF (By the way, this junta has a baptismal fake name known as ‘EPRDF’.), Ethiopia and the majority of non- Tigrian Ethiopians have been under the tyranny of this apartheid which was applied amongst people of same color and some other basic common backgrounds, such as religion and culture.

      Ethiopia has over 80 languages; amongst these Amharic, Oromifa, and Tigrigna are the most prominent ones. Amharic has been and still is the working language of the so called federal government of Ethiopia  [N.B. The  TPLF’s  ‘federation’ and ‘democracy’ are  absolutely  fictitious  and  a  make-believe  to deceive donors and creditors. To whichever “regional state” you may go, the key statespersons who decide  not  only  of  the  fate  of  the  regional  budget  but  also  that  of  the  job  description  of  the  so  called  regional officials are TPLFites. Regional officials have almost nothing to do with respect to the people they claim to represent more than playing the role of toothless dogs to bark at their subjects and the opposition when they are ordered; they are simple guards who are there to only protect the overall well being of their masters. Theyare illiterates most of whose educational qualification is not higher than junior secondary.]

      As of 1991, Ethiopia has been led by TPLF (Tigrian People’s Liberation Front), which is a distraction of a nationality whose population is only 6%; due to the regime’s discriminatory intervention in the current demography, this percentage might be influenced and may be a little bit higher than 6% now. [For example and to your surprise, TPLF allots a big sum of budget and arranges various facilities to Tigray to have more children while on the other hand, aside from punishing the region with deep-rooted poverty and substandard education,  TPLF’s ethnocentric  junta ‘budgets’  injections  of deadly  viruses  such as  HIV and  other killing agents in areas of the Amharas to minimize or if possible to gradually wipe out the population. According to its former members and its political program as well, TPLF had long ago abeled the Amharas as enemies of its  core  diabolic  values,  which  are  intrinsically  anti-Ethiopian.]  It  is  this  narrow-minded  distraction  of  the Tigray region that millions of Ethiopians are accusing it of the destruction of the entire nation. Followed by a significant  number  of  greed  and  hatred  laden  emotional  Tigrians,  this  TPLF  is  absolutely  destabilizing Ethiopia and as a result the country along with her citizens is being changed into nothingness in all aspects.

    Though there are many gullible idiots and morons from other ethnics such as from the Amharas and Oromos or Wolaitas, who blindly obey TPLF, just for the sake of filling their elastic tummies, it is a public secret  that  almost  all  economic  sectors  and  the  politics  in  general  is  held  by  these  anti-Ethiopia  group  of people.  Nonetheless,  albeit  these TPLFites  have  infested  all  Ethiopia  in  all  denotative  and  connotative meanings of the term infestation, be it militarily or economically, or what have you, we are pretty sure that the majority of Tigrians are under the same yoke of oppression and anybody is wrong if they blame the entire population of Tigray as an accomplice to the crime TPLF is committing. In regard to officialdom, leave alone thousands of human locust, even a swarm of 100 officials is a big number to plunder a great city like Addis Ababa and its environs protected by a network of sophisticated security and intelligence services. Therefore, though the multitude of Tigrians in all offices and institutions seems undoubtedly high, we have to bear in mind  that  the  majority  of  Tigrians  in  Tigray  and  elsewhere  are  oppressed  like  us,  non-Tigrians.  It  is  also worth mentioning here that the fact that this multitude of the Tigrian swarm of woyanes is mainly accompanied  by  incompetence,  lowest  level  of  educational  and  experiential  backgrounds,  and  mere  ethnic attraction is tragically exacerbating the cleavage believed to  exist between TPLF  and [other] Ethiopians.  I have no intention of inciting oxymoronic feeling in my readers’ mind. If you sense it somehow, it is not I who  has  created  it;  it  is  the  situation  itself  that  has  called  for.  Clear?  Puzzling  real  situations  may  create unintended sentiments in certain conditions. Yes, Tigrians are oppressors, and at the same time, Tigrians are oppressed. It is true that both statements are undeniably true. Paradoxical stuff, just a kind of “የሞተው ወንድምሽ የገደለው ባልሽ፤ ሀዘንሽ ቅጥ አጣ ከቤትሽም አልወጣ”. Both the defendant and the plaintiff live under the same roof.

       Everything  in  Ethiopia  is  under  the  control  of  the  leaders  of  this  apartheid  system,  the  TPLFites’ system of segregation. We sometimes get forced to believe that what is, is not; and what is not, is. In light of this, TPLFites are few but billions; they are weak but strongest; they are religious but atheists; they are here but there; they are old but young; they are poor but rich; they are everything but nothing. They are with us but not at all. And most of all, money matters, you see. With the fulcrum of money you are somebody but as the same time you are nobody too. It depends. Depends on what? Money? Time? Luck or chance? Opportunity? Conscience? Consciousness? Conscientiousness? Please do some  SWOT analysis....

        Money  changes  mountains  to  plains.  Money  changes  plains  to  mountains.  Everything  depends  on what we think and what we believe in; we shouldn’t always forget the place of this manmade MONEY in every walk of life. Misused, alas! Properly used, nice to all! That is why TPLF is great but riffraff; gigantic but minute; elegant but amorphous; dead but alive; liar but truthful. If the role of money were limited to the level of the sober consciousness one might have, the shape of this world would most probably have seemed different; I know if clauses are obsolete or nonexistent in politics and only the objective reality works there or here wherever you stand upright.

       These  people,  the TPLFites,  know nothing  about  law  and  rule.  As usual,  they  always  apply  jungle law; they are people of revenge. Just one example:- they have vowed to eliminate one of Ethiopia’s nationalities, namely, the Amhara, from the surface of the earth and they use everything to implement this agenda,  as  mentioned  a  bit  earlier  in  this  letter.  To  implement  this  motive,  they  go  to  the  extent  of  man slaughtering even liberal Tigrians with whom or about whom they fought the previous regime, which used to bestow upon us an equal right to die or get imprisoned irrespective of who we were ethnically or otherwise.

The Days of Apartheid in Ethiopia are coming to their closure

It  is  in  this  critical  time  of  the  Ethiopian  history  that  Hailemedhin  Abera  has  taken  one  drastic measure  to show  the  world that  Ethiopia  needs attention. If  a  Hailemedhin with a gut to oppose  the aforementioned suffering of the people exists in Ethiopia, this time is verily perfect and he should come out of  his  blanket  of  fear  to  wage  the  fight  in  any  means  available.  This  Hailemedhin  did  it!  Congratulations Hailemedhin and his proudest family! Congratulations millions of Ethiopians who are leading miserable life in the Diaspora due to the hellish government at home! Currently, this young pilot has become focal point all over the world; this is one of his main purposes. But not the major one! Hailemedhin is said to be leading luxurious life in his country with a fairly reasonable salary along with the background of a well to do family. What he did is something to be given from the Almighty, not of terrestrial, dear guys. We know that many poor fellow like me tend to be clever in committing suicide but are afraid of even speaking a word to demand their rights; we are living in a comic world. But look this lad; he consciously and proudly forsook his daily comfort for the sake of his people. That is why I believe in the general truth that genuinely struggling for the benefit and well being of others is a Godsend glory which gives spiritual gratification to the person involved. Hailemedhin  triumphed! But  let’s  not  forget  that  there  are  obstacles  for  every  path  of  glorification  or salvation. ‘There is no free lunch’. Hailemedhin knows this; what he did is well thought and well meditated.

Whoever  says  what,  this  young  pilot  is  too  healthy  to  be  sick  and  risk  his  life  as  well  as  his profession; he is too healthy to realize what the consequence of his attempt would result in. He is too aware to apprehend the fruits of his heroism. He was first an outstanding student and later very diligent staffer of the Ethiopian Airlines. He can’t miscalculate the outcome of his sacrifice. He knows the role of individuals in freedom fighting. He remembers what Abebe Gelaw did some two years back in the US; Abebe Gelaw was not, and still is not,  mad when he nearly killed the monster, Meles Zenawi, with a bombardment of his voice saying “Meles Zenawi is a dictator! We need freedom more than food!...” in front of world leaders, peace be upon them, dear our redeemers, at the UN Hall. Hailemedhin recalls what the Ethiopian version of Mohammad  Buoaziz,  Instructor  Yenesew  Gebre  and  some  others  did  through  immolation  to  convey  their message  of  “enough  is  enough!”. He  knows  what  Mekonen  Tesfaye  of  Legetafo  district  is  doing  now  to expose  the  illegal  land  grab  in  that  locality.  He  remembers  what  Assefa  Maru  did  some  years  back.  He knows the historical martyrdom of the renowned surgeon, Professor Asrat W/yes. He knows the sacrifice of Eskinder Nega, Re’eiot Alemu, Andualem Aragie et al. Our hero knows all these and other sacrifices taken individually. Citizens take various steps to show their solidarity with  real or imagined freedom fighters or just  to  expose  the  tyranny  of  leaders  in  their  countries.  At  times,  like  what  Hailemedhin  did,  they  may astonishingly  devise  newest  strategies  for  this  same  purpose.  To  me,  this  is  so  smartly  fruitful  and  the sacrifice is less precarious when compared with, say, organizing hundreds of demonstrations in Ethiopia or worldwide to expose the apartheid installed in Ethiopia. People  mentioned  herein  are  all  sane  and  nearly  without  any  problem  of  survival;  they  have/had enough food to eat, shelter to live in, and beautiful clothing to hide under. But, be it the dead or the living, they all have been sparing their lives for the freedom of the suppressed people and for the emergence of real democracy in their country. Leaving aside his personal comfort and more secured economic life, this young pilot has devoted even his life to his people and this action automatically makes him an Abebe Gelaw or a Zeray  Deres  in  Ethiopian  history.  He  is  an  oasis  in  the  wilderness,  a  torch  in  the  darkness,  a  John  who harbingers the nearing of resurrection, a hope and a practical response to the “what shall I do to my country?” people of the confused state of mind, a Mandela in time of apartheidal regime where millions are willy-nilly fallen under untold barbarianism; he has attained a quasi highest form of self-actualization. He knows what he has done and  where  he has done it. He knows Switzerland; the Switzerland we  all  know as a token of peaceful  co-existence  among  many  cultures  and  languages  and  a  residence  of  hundreds  of  international organizations. He believes this country would understand his benign purpose of fighting for the oppressed people. He knows this small country would seriously hear his pleading and would responsibly react to give him fairest justice. He had about 200 options to land his plane; but he chose Switzerland. He only knows why he chose the best of his choices. We can only guess. Despite the fact that billions of dollars, dollars of mostly corruptible citizens from all over the world, especially from the so called developing countries, are siphoned to this country and serve criminals as a safe haven to hide their blood money, on the brightest side of this small  nation,  we  believe  that  Hailemedhin  would  be  treated  as  a  human  being  unlike  the  case  in  his  own country. After all, to my understanding, his action may need a new definition in the realm of law, for I do not think there is one to deal with such incident. A pilot can’t logically hijack his own plane as a president or prime minister of a nation cannot do so and flee out of his country, as in the case of Mengistu H/Mariam.

Undoubtedly,  the  case  of  Hailemedhin  is  very  unique  and  clearly  indicates  that  the  oppression  in Ethiopia  is  beyond  imagination.  Hence,  this  effort  of  the  pilot  should  be  supported  by  the  peace  loving citizens of the world. His action should be appreciated and rewarded rather, for every international organization and civic society that work on human rights violations is currently witnessing the atrocities the TPLF junta is inflicting upon  Ethiopians. In this regard, if the Swiss try to do anything that may even slightly harm this young pilot, physically or psychologically, which I don’t expect so, all Ethiopians would burst into tears. This young man is shouldering the burden of nearly 100 million people. He is our messiah who has given us all what he has. He has beloved families, beloved friends, beloved fiancée, and an envying mode of modern life with his peers at home. He closed all these files for the sake of us. He is bartering others’ pain with his luxury. He is the vicar of millions of oppressed people at home.  He is amongst the chosen ones.

Ethiopians have been suffering in and out of their country for the past 23 years since the coming into power of TPLF. Europeans may not properly understand the meaning of the word “suffering” as they usually fail to understand the words hunger and famine (starvation) in African and European contexts. I think such contextual differences are big linguistic barriers in creating mutual understanding between the haves and the have-nots  everywhere,  especially  between  the  west  and  the  people  of  the  inferno,  such  as  Africans.  A

European little kid may say “I am starved, mum.” If this kid says this to his mum, what should an Ethiopian little kid, a kid from one of the poorest families who has never eaten anything for two or three consecutive days, say to his mum? It is a matter of relativity. Anyways, the suffering inflicted upon Ethiopians by TPLF is beyond the comprehending capability of both the civilized and the ‘uncivilized’ people of the world. Come and visit us; through time, we are alchemically changed into speaking animals that are forced to endure every sort of TPLFite tyranny. Therefore, anyone who tries to expose this severe suppression and inhuman

subjugation,  in  any  way  possible,  deserves  the  highest  reward  even  the  Nobel  Prize,  if  that  prize  would include  Ethiopians’  interests.  Thank  you  HAILEMEDHIN!  Thank  you  the  womb  that  has  given  us  this precious son! Thank you the loins which had resulted in this man of outstanding caliber.

Last time, Ethiopians in some Arab countries especially in Saudi Arabia faced genocidal massacre. That incident was not given due attention by the so called main stream media such as the CNN and BBC. That stupidity of the ‘civilized’ media institutions indicated the fact that those Ethiopians were not humans!st In the 21 century, if citizens in Ethiopia or Ethiopians anywhere die in thousands and zillions, their souls are considered  as  the  souls  of  rats  and  cats  due  to  maybe  they  are  blacks  or  maybe  they  are  insignificant creatures in terms of making news headlines. Who stands for the poor and the destitute other than their God? What a worrying state of human mental development? If TPLF kills hundreds of thousands of Ethiopians, the CNN and the likes, even Aljazeera, do not care. They rather care if the bitch of the queen of Great Britain or the cat of the king of KSA gives birth for three beautiful puppies or kittens, respectively. It is a miracle, isn’t it guys? When barbarian Arabs are beheading Ethiopians, when seven gangsters in the Sudan or elsewhere rape an Ethiopian and upon application of this felony by the victim to authorities the court decides that the victim  is  adulterer  and  hence  should  be  stoned,  it  is  not  worth  of  mentioning  to  the  world.  What  kind  of craziness is this! Currently, an Ethiopian woman is feared to have a death sentence via stoning for her “crime of being kidnapped and raped” by some Sudanese gangsters; laugh openly guys at this astonishingly greatest level of human ‘wisdom’! By the way, the best panacea I depend on most is that there is death eventually to every stupid citizen like myself. This consoles me a lot. Let’s thanks Mr. Death, please. …

When a Boeing 767 was rightly redirected by our hero to Geneva, all media gave it their prime time, because  there  were  about  140  white  people  on  board;  and maybe  the  captain  was  white;  and  perhaps  the plane itself was white, I mean, not only of its body paint, but also it is made by the Boeing Company; and maybe it was flying in the skies of the white people, sorry for my idiocy to have followed the track of TPLF and its mentors or tutors, if you will. What is the role of our conscience then? Where has humanity gone? Where are the so  called  moral values such as sympathy, empathy, altruism, etiquette, courtesy,  etc. of the civilized world? Where is the trust in God? After all what is the definition of man? What is the color, the sex, the religion, the height, the nationality, etc. of God? Where is His country? From which tribe is He? What is the favorite food, drink, hobby, etc. of the true God we claim to trust or believe in? What do black, white, and  yellow  mean?  What  do  they  have  in  common?  Please  guys,  let’s  mind  our  commonalities  and  be considerate of each other. Racism is a disease. Ethnocentrism is an incurable illness from which millions of people are suffering and millions of others are fatally affected.

I believe the mind of Hailemedhin has calculated all the aforementioned loopholes in the mainstream media. He probably knows the flesh and soul of an Ethiopian is considered as a flesh and soul of an ordinary animal in the eyes of the orientals or occidentals. And I believe that he well knows the apartheid imposed on his country would get due global attention if he takes this conspicuous action, an action that can surpass the veils of racism and any western hypocrisy. He knows no media can purposely shun this news, a gnamachoma news in Kiswahili to mean a salivating superb news. Yea, it is the negligence by the international community of Ethiopia that has motivated this young Ethiopian to take this courageous action.

This is just the beginning of the end. You will see more other miracles will come soon. Remember my article I wrote last week. Though some may refute all or part of the ideas in my articles due to various reasons, some of which are not unexpected, the time for Ethiopia is coming in an unpreventable manner.
